Terms and Conditions

1. The campaign will active from 1 June to 30 September(prolonged).
2. In the action may take part only new abonents¹.
3. Under the terms of promotion, subscribers who take part in it,  get bonus payments for basic services once.
4. To take part in the event new subscribers must to connect to the Aibites Internet  on tariff plans that participate in the action (specified in the relevant tables of cities in paragraph 6) and sign the appropriate application to the contract.
5. Bonus money will add to the subscriber's balance after the first payment for the chosen tariff plan under the table and appropriate city listed in paragraph 6.
6. Table accrual of bonus funds in the following cities:

7. Bonus cash equivalent funds can not be received by the subscriber, or transferred to another person's bank account.
8. Bonus money can not be transferred to the account of another person.
9. In the action may be involved:
   • New subscribers who joined during the campaign and according to its terms
   • New subscribers who made the connection through the call center (at home), or connected through dealers and fulfilled the conditions of shares
10. In the action may not be involved:
    • Subscribers who broke the agreement during the campaign
    • New subscribers by address which agreement was terminated during the term of promo
    • Subscribers who for whatever reason unable to fulfill the conditions of shares
    • Existing subscribers
11. Participants can take only one event - "Refer a friend" or "Money to the account".
12. If existing user² brought a new subscriber, under the terms of the action "Refer a friend", he gets to subscriber account the amount of a monthly service plan fee of abonent which joined (unless otherwise stipulated conditions of the action "Refer a friend") and new can select connection between the conditions of action "Refer a friend" or "Money to the account".
13. Allowed to participate in simultaneous actions "3 Steps to AUTO" and "Money in the account", but under the terms of both actions.
14. In case of participation in the event the subscriber can not suspend the contract earlier than 3 months from the date of connection.
15. To participate in both contests "3 Steps to AUTO" and "Money to account" subscriber must sign the relevant graphs annex to the treaty. In this case, the subscriber needs to meet the conditions of action "3 Steps to AUTO", then on balance it would be bonus money under the terms of the action"Money to account"
16. Term of subscribers, who subscribed for shares extended for two months.
17. In case of participation in the event the subscriber agrees to its terms.
18. Airbites Company reserves the right to slightly alter the conditions (the principal part remains unchanged) in case of any reasonable legal or technically necessary.

<sub>1 - "new customers" are those subscribers who subscribed to basic services during the term of the promotion for new subscribers.

2 - "Existing customers" are those subscribers who subscribed to basic services for the action.</sub>
