Terms and Conditions of promo event

1. In the event involved two groups of subscribers: "New subscribers"¹ and  "Existing Subscribers"²

2. Under the terms of promotion, subscribers who take part in it, get the "chance"³ to participate in the drawing CAR Chevrolet Aveo.

3. For each group will play one car.

4. Participation in the promotion of new subscribers are regulated by the following terms:

4.1. The action lasts from 1 March to 31 August 2010. (for new subscribers).

4.2. All subscribers that dealed agreement with Airbites for the duration of action (from 1 March to 31 August 2010.) can take part in the action.

4.3. New subscribers for participation in promotion must:

4.3.1. Affiliate to connect to the Internet from «AirBites» during the promotional period, the existing tariff plans that participate in the action (such tariff plans are listed in Table 1, "Enrollment of opportunities");

4.3.2. Make a payment of two monthly fee, according to the chosen tariff plan;

4.3.3. Have the relevant document confirming the payment, provide it in office;

4.4. Subscribers who subscribed to the shares "3 Steps to AUTO" before changes to its terms will have more "chances" in the number of tablets according to charges in accordance chance that the tariff plan.

4.5. For more chances, the subscriber, who joined the campaign "3 Steps to AUTO" to make changes to its terms, must come to the office Airbites with an identification document, and after checking the data manager, for more chances.

4.6. Subscribers who subscribed to basic Aitbites to make changes to terms and conditions of "3 steps to AUTO and not taken part in it may become parties to the action and get a chance under the chosen tariff plan.

4.7. To take part in the action and get the chance, the person who connected to the main service Aitbites to make changes to terms and conditions of "3 steps to AUTO and not taken part in it must come to the office Airbites with document identification, and after checking Manager data to get chances. This package subscriber will be changed from the normal to the action that does not affect the provision of services and only changes the name of your plan.

4.8. Number of "chances" that new subscriber receives depends on the package (tariff), which he chose, and indicated in the respective tables for each city:

4.9. According to Table 1, the number of "chances" seems the subscriber only after confirmation of payment for p.p.4.3 under these conditions, unless the subscriber belongs to the groups mentioned in p. 4.4 and 4.6.

4.10. For further participation in the action from real chance outstrips half that remains in the subscriber and the second half of "chance" comes in "Chances box". That half and goes into the lottery.

4.11. "Chance" is valid only if it fully and properly completed (all data included in the required information, there is a seal of Airbites).

4.12. Subscriber must keep all halfs of his "chances" to end the draw and give them for the request of organizers to confirm the ownership of this "chance".

4.13. If the recipient is not able to give half his "chance" to confirm, this chance is considered invalid.

4.14. Two weeks before the draw on www.airbites.net.ua in the relevant section of the action is set out a list of all authorized to draw chances. If, for any reason, "chance" of the caller did not get to this list, the owner of this "opportunity" to turn to the lottery office in one of the «Airbites» to further resolve the disputed issue.

4.15. New subscribers can get their "chance" not later than one month from the date of commencement of participation in the action and not later than two weeks before the draw, but only after following the steps provided p.p.4.3 of these conditions

4.16. In the drawing can not take part invalid "chances", one of the two halves are absent (unless otherwise agreed by p.p.4.10 these conditions)

4.17. The total number of "opportunities" for new subscribers is limited and amounts to 30 000.

4.18. In the case of participation in the action, the recipient agrees to use and timely payment for services not less than four months after signing the agreement and take part in the action, and use tariff not cheaper than elected, according to the agreement signed or the application for the change package during the same period.

5. Participation in the promotion of existing customers is regulated by the following terms:

5.1. The action lasts from 1 March to 31 December 2010. (for existing customers)

5.2. All existing subscribers have switched to one of the packages involved in the action, guaranteed to be able to use the terms action during expiration date (1 March to 31 December 2010.)

5.3. To take part in the event existing subscribers should:

5.3.1. Change the current package to one of the packets, participating in the action (such tariff plans are listed in table 1, "Enrollment chance"), writing a declaration in one of the offices Airbites, or through personal cabinet .

5.3.2. If the subscriber has already served on one package, taking part in the action, then p.p.5.3.1 not binding. In this case, just apply for participation in the event through personal cabinet.

5.3.3. Changing package to subscribers who use the service less than 12 months must comply with the replacement of the package, namely: the package price (tariff) for which the caller should not be less than the cost of its current package (tariff) unless otherwise provided by rules replacement packages. Changing package to the same as the current package subscriber "replacement" rate plan will not be considered.

5.3.4. According to the stocks and concluded an agreement to pay for the duration of action.

5.4. Existing customers are charged "virtual" chances. All real chances take part in the drawing.

5.5. "Chances" is calculated after the payment each month, which was paid in advance, and according to the following scheme:

5.6. "Chances" is calculated by the number of paid months in advance + a month in which payment was made in one payment. That is, if the subscriber has paid for the current month and the next two, the way he receives 9 "chances". If, then, the subscriber has paid for the time 3 months in advance, so it gets 9 more "chancess", the total number of "chances" with this amount to 18.

5.7. "Chances" are credited automatically after the transfer of funds to balance the subscriber. Note that the term credited to subscriber's balance depends on the receipt of funds to the Airbites.

5.8. The total number of "chances" for existing customers is limited and is 30 000.

5.9. "Chance" is calculated only for prepaid months to December 31, 2010.

6. All subscribers to connect to the promotion in the group "new subscribers", can take part in it, and under "existing customers". In date of such participation will be the day that the subscriber has taken part in the action group "existing" customers, but not before the end of the draw for the "new subscribers". Appropriate charges, under the terms of the action for existing customers, will be held from the date of commencement of participation in the action as "an existing subscriber"

7. Assessed the number of chances a subscriber can watch on the appropriate page in their "private cabinet"⁴

8. On the total number of "chances" that the remaining can be found at www.airbites.net.ua in the relevant section of the action.

9. In the action can take part:

- New subscribers who subscribed during the action and by its terms;

- Existing customers who have changed their tariff to one of those taking part in shares (listed in Table 1) according to the rules of transition and took part in the action, according to its terms;

- New subscribers who made the connection through the call center (at home), or connected through dealers and fulfilled the conditions of shares.

10. In the event may not accept:

- Subscribers who tore an agreement during the campaign;

- Subscribers who could not meet the conditions of promotion;

- Existing customers who have outstanding fee for services rendered to them.

11. Subscribers are connected through a dealer, in the case of participation in the action, guided by the conditions for "new subscribers".

12. Subscribers who subscribed through dealers and in terms of action, must come in one of the offices «Airbites», and under the terms of the action for "new subscribers", and points 4.3,4.4 these conditions receive the appropriate number of "chances".

13. New subscribers, who subscribed to the shares "3 Steps to AUTO" during the campaign "money on account" can participate in both contests - 3 Steps to AUTO "and" Money in the account. To do this, sign the application and meet the conditions of these shares.

14. Participants can take only one promotion ("Refer a friend" "or "Three steps to car").

15. If an existing subscriber brought a new, under the terms of the action "Refer a friend" will receive a voucher for free use of the Internet during the month (unless otherwise stipulated conditions of action "Refer a friend"), and can choose between the new connection in terms of action "Refer a friend" or " Three steps to car"

16. If you participate in promotions, subscriber expresses its consent to its terms and conditions of the draw.

17. "Chances" are among their owner (the person on whose behalf the agreement was signed, respectively) the chances may not be transferred to another person, unless otherwise agreed with the organizers.

18. Airbites Company reserves the right to increase the total number of "chances" and did not allow to draw "chance" of subscribers, in which the indebtedness*.

19.Company Airbites reserves the right to slightly modify the condition (principal part remains unchanged) in case of a legitimate legal or technical necessity.
